Choir Rehearsal Dismissal

October 19, 2016

Dear Falcon Flyer Parents,

The dismissal process from choir rehearsal will be adjusted beginning October 26, 2016. All vehicles will be asked to enter the front of the campus and follow the route for regular car rider dismissal. Parents picking up students should remain in a single file line with their vehicle so that traffic can smoothly exit the same direction. This dismissal change will hopefully result in a more efficient and safer process. As the Music Room is located in the back of the building, Choir dismissal will actually begin after 5:05 PM. Choir rehearsal will end at 5:00 PM. However, it will take time to walk students to the front of the building for dismissal. Thank you for your assistance with ensuring the well-being and safety of our students.

Sincerely,

Marsha H. Goodwin
